An agent society that ships the metric, not the slide deck.
An AI-research background, live products of our own, and one rule: a system is not finished until it proves it works.
SOCAIT was founded on a single observation: most AI work ships capability and calls it done. We sell proof — systems that ship with the metric they move, the eval that watches them, and a number you can defend in a board meeting.
We are founder-led and deliberately small. The person you scope with is the person who builds — hands-on, senior, and accountable for the number we promised. We work async, write a lot, meet less, and ship in weekly increments you can see.
We also run our own products. Semideus Cognition verifies what you actually understand instead of taking your word for it. Solvend matches founding teams — not a job board, the two or three people you will actually build with. Both are our own standard applied to ourselves.
Four things we will not budge on.
Engineers, not consultants.
No account team, no hand-offs. The person you scope with is the person who builds — and who answers for the number we promised.
Measured, or it didn't happen.
If we can't show the system working — with numbers, on your real work — it isn't finished. Testing is part of every delivery, not an add-on.
Narrow, on purpose.
We say no a lot. Six services, one practice. The list does not grow because we found a new acronym last week.
Public when we can.
The automation library and our notes are already public — real files, real workflows. Where clients allow it, the work will be too. Building in the open keeps us honest.
Tell us the number you want to move.
A free 20-minute problem call. You talk to the engineer, not a salesperson — and leave with a scoped problem, the metric we'd move, and a real plan, whether you hire us or not.
